When it comes to beautiful cityscape illustrations Toronto artist David Crighton wins the prize.
Hi, I'm Pamela Johnston, owner of Totally Local Art. I met David at a birthday party and we became friends through our music. When I found out that he was "the artist" behind all these beloved images of Toronto that pop up everywhere you go, my interest was peaked.
There is no doubt that David is a master of the cityscape. His signature style relies on bold and masterful use of color and design, with a touch of whimsy. These artworks have stood the test of time with a career that has spanned fifty years.
At the time that we met, he did not have an online e-commerce presence. Something needed to change on that front! So, I jumped into the fray in 2013 and created Totally Toronto Art. My sole purpose was to bring these beautiful city art prints to the world.
